The field of 11 is led by 7/2 morning line favorite Miss Chatelaine, who has lost her last two starts albeit against stiff competition in the $200,000 Wonder Again Stakes, finishing behind superstar Lady Eli on both occasions. Miss Chatelaine, trained by Christophe Clement, finished sixth and eighth respectively in the two stakes tries, but recorded Beyer Speed Figures of 82 and 89 in the losing efforts. The daughter of Pulpit out of a Broad Brush mare was undefeated in two starts as a juvenile, including a listed stakes tally and has 2 wins in 4 career starts. Joel Rosario will be aboard the late runner breaking from post 10.

Ah Chocolate tries lawn

Ah Chocolate (9/2) finished third in the Grade 2 Black Eyed Susan on dirt and fourth over a sloppy track in the Grade 2 Indiana Oaks, and will be attempting turf for the first time in her four-race career. The Neil Howard-trained filly has two wins and has been working forwardly at Churchill Downs since the Indiana Oaks on July 18.

Block filly has all the credentials

Prado’s Sweet Ride (6/1) is a stakes winner at the mile and one eight distance, winning the Grade 3 Regret Stakes in the shadow of the wire June 13 at Churchill Downs while chasing down a loose leader. With 4 wins in 6 career starts, the Chris Block trainee is difficult to discount in this spot.
